  • Caviar from the local sturgeon farm at Les Eyzies de Tarnac , the young  caviar "Impertinent "is soft, creamy and buttery with smooth hints, and a rich hazelnut flavour with longer finish, while evolving.

  • Local smoked trout served with caviar butter on toast.   Or Foie Gras with chutney

  • 6 no 2 Oysters from Ile D'Oleron served au naturel with lemon on a bed of ice. 

                                    *

  • Duck Breast with a port jus. Braised red cabbage. Sauteéd potatoes.

  • Raspberry sorbet to cleanse the palate .

  • Selection of local cheese with a fig chutney.

  • Lemon Tart .

  • Coffee and home made truffles.
